1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Visaroo's services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", "your") and Visaroo Limited ("Visaroo", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12345678).

We are a consultancy, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, immigration law representation, or guarantees of visa approval.
3. No guarantee of approval
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority. We cannot and do not guarantee visa approval, processing times, or any specific outcome.
Our role is to prepare a complete, accurate, and embassy-ready application. The final decision rests with the issuing authority, and we are not responsible for refusals, delays, or administrative processing.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information: All details, documents, and statements must be truthful and complete. False or misleading information may result in visa refusal and potential legal consequences.
- Submit documents on time: Delays in providing requested documents may affect application timelines.
- Attend appointments: You are responsible for attending all biometric appointments, interviews, and embassy visits as scheduled.
- Pay fees promptly: All Visaroo service fees and embassy fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
- Follow advice: While you are not obligated to follow our recommendations, deviations may affect application outcomes.
5. Fees and payment
Service fees: Our consultancy fees are quoted at the outset and confirmed in writing. Fees vary by destination, visa type, and complexity.
Embassy fees: Government visa application fees, biometric fees, and courier charges are separate and payable directly to the embassy or service provider.
Payment terms: Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the service fee is payable upon engagement, with the balance due before application submission.
Non-refundable: Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
6. Refund policy
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered: If we fail to provide the agreed services through our own fault, you may request a full or partial refund.
- Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel before we commence work on your application, you will receive a full refund minus any administrative costs incurred.
No refunds for visa refusals: Embassy decisions are beyond our control. We do not issue refunds for visa denials, delays, or administrative processing.
7. Cancellation and termination
By you: You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
By us: We reserve the right to terminate our engagement if:
- You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Payment is not received as agreed

- Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost travel bookings, accommodation costs, or lost income)
Exception: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Confidentiality and data protection
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
We will keep your application details confidential and share them only with embassies, consulates, or service providers necessary to deliver our services.

- Government actions or travel restrictions
13. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@visaroo.uk. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.
