What we do, stage by stage
| Stage | How we help |
|---|---|
| 1. Admission and scholarship | Profile review, scholarship and university shortlist, CV and study plan feedback, guidance on contacting professors, document checklist and application review |
| 2. Visa and departure | Checking your admission notice and JW form, the online X1 application, your document set, submission guidance, and pre-departure and residence-permit guidance |
Stage 1: admission and scholarship
- An honest review of your degree, results, subject and language level, and which route (Type A, Type B or self-funded) looks most realistic.
- A shortlist of programmes and universities that fit your profile.
- Feedback on your CV and study plan so they are specific and consistent.
- Guidance on writing to professors and preparing for interviews.
- A document checklist with deadlines, and a review of your application before you submit.
Stage 2: visa and departure
- Checking that your admission notice, JW201 or JW202 and passport details match.
- Preparing and reviewing the online X1 application and your document set.
- Guidance on submission at the visa centre and on fingerprints and timing.
- Pre-departure advice, and what to do in your first 30 days to get the residence permit.
What we don't do
No guarantees, and nothing improper
We can't guarantee a scholarship, an admission or a visa, because those decisions belong to the universities, the scholarship body and the Embassy. We don't pay or influence anyone, and we never prepare or use fake documents.
- We are not the CSC, HEC, a Chinese university or the Embassy.
- We don't sell scholarships, seats or admission letters.
- We don't submit anything on your behalf that must be done under your own account without your involvement.

Questions answered
Do you guarantee a scholarship or admission?+
No, and nobody honestly can. Scholarship lists and admission decisions are made by the scholarship body and the universities. We help you present the strongest honest application.
Is the first review really free?+
Yes. We review your profile and tell you where you stand and what to fix, with no upfront payment and no obligation to continue.
Can I use you for only the visa stage?+
Yes. If you already hold an admission notice and JW form, we can help with the X1 visa and departure alone.
Do I have to use an agent to apply?+
No. Every official portal is free to use yourself, and our guides explain each step. We are an option if you want a second pair of eyes or help with the harder parts.
How much does your China study service cost?+
The application procedure is ¥1,000 and scholarship plus application is ¥1,500, in Chinese yuan. The dual combo package, covering both stages, is ¥2,000. The visa and procedure stage on its own is quoted separately. The first review is free.
